Made in Bristol · Coming soon

A loyalty card your regulars never have to download.

Tilltap swaps the paper stamp card for one that lives in your customer's browser. They tap or scan at the counter, your team confirms the stamp at the till, and the reward sorts itself out. No app, no fuss.

Have a go at being the customer. It's a pretend café and nothing you type here is sent anywhere – it all happens in your browser.

Three steps at the counter

Tap or scan

A small QR code or NFC tag on your counter opens the customer's loyalty card straight in their phone's browser. Nothing to install.

Staff confirm

Your till shows a 3-digit code and the customer types it into their card. It changes every minute, so nobody can stamp their own card from the bus stop.

Reward

When the card's full, the reward unlocks on its own. The customer shows their phone, staff confirm it on the till, and you hand over the coffee.

Built for small shops, not head offices

Paper cards get lost, washed and forged. Big loyalty apps want your customers to download something they'll never open again. Tilltap sits in between: simple enough to run on a busy Saturday, smart enough to bring people back.

  • Works in any phone browser – iPhone or Android
  • Stamps confirmed by staff with a code that changes every minute
  • Rewards unlock automatically when the card is full
  • Friendly automated emails – welcome, reward ready, we miss you – sent only to customers who opted in
  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet Coming soon

Questions

Do my customers really not need an app?

Really. The card opens in the phone's web browser from a tap or scan, and they can come back to it any time. Apple and Google Wallet support is coming soon for people who like that, but it'll always be optional.

What does it cost during the pilot?

Nothing. Founding 20 shops get three months free, a free counter tag and setup in person. We'll talk about pricing openly before the pilot ends, and there's no obligation to carry on.

What about customer data?

We keep it to what's needed to run the card. Customers only get emails if they've opted in, and they can unsubscribe at any time. Your customer list is yours – we don't sell it or share it.

Who's behind Tilltap?

Tilltap is made in Bristol by ATFI Consulting Ltd, a small local company. Questions? Email info@atfi.uk – a real person will reply.
